MOH Design LLC is a firm that works on new construction,
remodeling and update of the interior, exterior of the entire
home or commercial spaces.
The goal for MOH Design is to create spaces that reflect
the client’s personality, taste and life style; whether the space
is for relaxing, working, entertaining or
conducting business.
Marlene Hernick, LEED Green Associate, is the owner and
principal designer for MOH Design. She earned the Leadership
in Energy and Enviromenal Design Green Associate credential
through www.usgbc.org. She also worked on a kitchen remodel
that earn the Silver MN Greenstar Certification
www.mngreenstar.org
Marlene Hernick graduated in Interior Design from the University of
Minnesota. Member of MNUSGB (MN US Green Building Consul) and NKBA
I(National Kitchen & Bath Association). She has been involved with
different projects in residential and multi-housing with builders,
architects and clients. She has also participated in various ASID
Showcase Homes (historical preservation projects).
Marlene also finds time to give back to local community organizations
and volunteer projects. She worked on a LEED home construction for
Habitat for Humanity in St. Francis Minnesota. As a member of ASID she
enjoyed her role of Chair Person of Student Affairs and member of the
Green Committee. Currently is part of the MN USGBC Housing Committee.
She has served as past president and VP of Public Relations for the
Eagan Communicators Toastmasters Club. She is member of Eagan Garden
Club, University of Minnesota Women’s Club, 1006 Summit Ave. Society.
