The firm is based in Eagan, Minnesota but serves the entire metro area. The company has been involved with different projects in residential and multi-housing with builders, architects and clients. She has also participated in various ASID Showcase Homes (historical preservation projects).

The goal for MOH Design is to create spaces that reflect the client’s personality, taste and life style; whether the space is for relaxing, working, entertaining or conducting business.

Marlene also finds time to give back to local community organizations and volunteer projects. As a member of ASID she enjoyed her role of Chair person of Student Affairs and is currently part of the Green Committee. She has served as past president and Vice President of Public Relations for the Eagan Communicators Toastmasters Club
